Registration at g999 takes under 2 minutes. Go to the Register page, fill in your name, Pakistani mobile number (03XX format), email and date of birth, then choose a username and password. Accept the Terms and Conditions and your account is live immediately. No document upload is needed at registration — CNIC is only required when you request your first withdrawal.

You must be 18 years of age or older to register and play at g999. Age verification via CNIC is mandatory before your first withdrawal is processed. Accounts that are found to belong to under-18 players are closed immediately and all balances handled in accordance with g999's Terms and Conditions.

Go to the Login page and click "Forgot password?" Enter the Pakistani mobile number you registered with. An SMS reset code arrives in under 60 seconds. Enter the code in the reset form, choose a new password, and you are back in. The reset code is valid for 10 minutes. If it expires, simply request another one. If you do not receive an SMS after two attempts, contact our support team via live chat with your registered email address.

You can close your g999 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Before requesting account closure, withdraw any available balance to your preferred PKR payment method. Accounts are typically closed within 24 hours of a confirmed request. CNIC verification is a standard identity check required before your first withdrawal is processed. It confirms that the account belongs to you and is part of g999's anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering compliance. Your CNIC data is processed securely by g999's KYC provider, is never sold to third parties, and is handled in accordance with the g999 Privacy Policy. Verification is a one-time process — once complete, subsequent withdrawals proceed without additional ID checks under normal circumstances.

Payments

Log in to g999 and go to the Cashier section. Choose your preferred payment method — Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT or Visa/Mastercard card. Enter the amount in PKR and follow the on-screen instructions for your chosen method. Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits are usually credited to your g999 balance within seconds. Bank IBFT deposits confirm within 15–60 minutes depending on your bank.

The minimum deposit at g999 is Rs 200 via Easypaisa and JazzCash. For bank IBFT transfers the minimum is Rs 500. Card deposits (Visa/Mastercard) have a minimum of Rs 1,000. There is no maximum deposit limit for most payment methods, although your bank or mobile wallet may impose its own daily transaction limits independently of g999.

Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals at g999 are processed within 3–5 minutes on average, 24 hours a day. Bank IBFT withdrawals typically clear within 1–4 hours. NayaPay and SadaPay withdrawals process within 10–30 minutes. The only factors that can delay a withdrawal are a pending CNIC verification (first-time withdrawers), unmet bonus wagering requirements, or a security review. If your withdrawal has been pending for longer than expected, contact our 24/7 support team immediately.

The minimum withdrawal at g999 is Rs 500 for all payment methods including Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay and bank IBFT. Card withdrawals have a minimum of Rs 1,000. You can request a withdrawal at any time from the Cashier section of your account — there is no waiting period between deposits and withdrawal requests as long as any applicable wagering requirements on bonuses have been met.

If the deposit has still not appeared after the expected time for your payment method, contact our support team via live chat and provide your transaction reference number, the payment method used, the amount in PKR, and the time of the transaction. Our team can trace the payment and credit it to your account manually if it has been received on our end but not automatically matched to your account.

For example, if you receive a Rs 1,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement, you must place bets totalling Rs 10,000 from that bonus balance before the winnings become withdrawable. Your wagering progress is visible in real time in your account dashboard. Different games may contribute at different rates towards wagering — casino slots typically count 100%, while sports bets, live casino and certain card games may count at a lower rate. Unfortunately, bonuses that have passed their expiry date cannot be reinstated. All g999 bonuses carry an expiry period — typically 7 to 30 days depending on the promotion — which is stated clearly in the individual promotion terms. Responsible Gaming
