To register and use the g999 platform you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must notify g999 immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. g999 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player failed to maintain reasonable security practices.

• For football markets: matches must complete 90 minutes for bets to stand unless g999's football rules state otherwise for specific market types. Matches abandoned before 90 minutes are generally void, with stakes returned.
• Casino game results are generated by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or determined by live dealer outcomes. All results are final once confirmed by the system. Disputes regarding game outcomes must be raised within 30 days of the disputed round.
